pb&j smoothie recipe
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use orgain vanilla - my favorite)
water to desired consistency and blend!
on the side mix 1 tbsp pb2 with a splash of water to get a runny peanut butter consistency and then pour over smoothie bowl
top with your favorite cereal/granola for some fun textures! I used Chocolate Special K and TVP to boost the protein!
