vegan creamy balsamic

this makes 1 serving for a large salad, and 2 servings for smaller ones.

2 tablespoons of hummus (use your favorite one! i usually use roasted garlic, or spinach artichoke)

1.5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon of dijon mustard

salt, pepper, and add italian seasoning to preference and stir or shake. it might be a little clumpy if you shake. that’s okay, its just hummus. just letting you know.

Plate with falafel salad, French fries, and dipping sauce.
